Meet The Interventionists

Adam Tripp
Co-Founder & Interventionist
Adam believes a successful intervention is never just a single event. It is the first courageous step in a longer healing process for the entire family. He co-founded Stillpoint Interventions with the conviction that recovery becomes more sustainable when families receive the same depth of care and support as the individual being asked to accept help.

With more than a decade of experience, Adam specializes in navigating complex family systems and engaging individuals who feel deeply resistant to change. He has a steady ability to look beyond the immediate crisis and recognize the underlying patterns at play, helping families move out of chaos and toward clarity, structure, and hope.

Adam is widely known for his calm, grounded demeanor. In moments when emotions are high and families feel overwhelmed, he brings steadiness to the room. His presence lowers the temperature, allowing difficult conversations to happen in a way that feels respectful and safe. Families often describe him as someone who listens carefully, speaks thoughtfully, and creates an environment where real trust can begin to form.

His approach is collaborative rather than confrontational. Adam focuses on lowering defenses and building authentic trust so that every person involved feels respected, heard, and included throughout the transition into care.

Adam’s work is also deeply personal. Having been in long-term recovery since 2013, he brings humility, credibility, and lived understanding to every intervention. He knows both sides of the process and is deeply committed to preserving the dignity of every individual and every family he walks alongside.
Jenny Edelman
Co-Founder & Interventionist
Jenny believes that when one person struggles with substance use, the entire family is affected, and everyone deserves a recovery of their own. She co-founded Stillpoint Interventions to help families transform moments of crisis into lasting, sustainable change.

With more than a decade of professional intervention experience, Jenny has developed a reputation for her magnetic personality and powerful ability to connect with people quickly. Families often feel her warmth and sincerity the moment they meet her. She has a natural way of disarming defensiveness and building trust, helping individuals feel seen rather than judged during one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Jenny’s work is deeply rooted in family healing. She understands that many families arrive at Stillpoint exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure what to do next. With steadiness and compassion, she provides the guidance and emotional grounding that parents, siblings, and partners need to begin their own recovery while supporting their loved one’s transition into care.

In addition to her intervention work, Jenny brings extensive experience navigating complex court-involved cases and legal pressures that often accompany severe substance use situations. She helps families move through these high-stakes dynamics with clarity and confidence while ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

Jenny’s perspective is also shaped by her own recovery journey, which began in 2009. This lived experience allows her to show up with humility, patience, and a grounded understanding of what real change requires. She is not simply guiding families through a process. She is walking beside them with genuine empathy and belief in what is possible.
